RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Eamsy piece. Because our work is handcrafted and many pieces are made to order, please review the following policy before purchasing.

STANDARD ITEMS
For eligible non-custom items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Custom, personalized, specially sized, or otherwise made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has begun, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed specifications.

HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS
Eamsy pieces are made by hand. Natural variations in texture, surface, finish, color, and minor dimensional differences are part of the character of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your piece arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered production, particularly custom or made-to-order pieces, may not be eligible for cancellation.
