PRODUCTS AND HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS
Eamsy creates handcrafted sculptural wall art and interior objects. Because our pieces are made by hand, minor variations in texture, surface, color, dimensions, and finish may occur. These variations are inherent to handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent our work as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may appear differently depending on lighting, surroundings, and screen settings.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices, products, specifications, and availability without prior notice.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PROJECTS
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require confirmation of dimensions, finish, design specifications, pricing, production timeline, delivery, and installation requirements before production begins.
Additional terms, deposits, approvals, or agreements may apply to custom projects. Once production of a custom piece has begun, changes or cancellations may be limited or unavailable.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, supply availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for inspecting delivered items promptly.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND DAMAGE
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
INSTALLATION
Where installation services are offered, the scope, pricing, scheduling, site requirements, and responsibilities will be agreed upon separately. Customers are responsible for ensuring that walls, structures, and installation locations are suitable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original Eamsy designs, photographs, graphics, text, artwork, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Eamsy and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or its content for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
